The beautifully furnished mountain home features 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, an infrared sauna, loft, and 3 inviting wood-burning fireplaces AND bonus separate 1 bedroom, 3/4 bath + kitchenette on the lower level. The spacious living area follows a “great-room” design, with bedrooms and baths along a hallway. The living area and 2 master suites open up to a full-length deck, offering breathtaking views of the backyard and the distant Apache Saddle Mountains, with vibrant sunsets completing the picturesque scene. The 1st master suite was used as a TV room and the wall was removed to the hall (but can easily be put back) by the current owner who didn’t need so many bedrooms., beautiful large kitchen open to living/dining area, BBQ, huge deck overlooking the mountain view here is another smaller ensuite bedroom at the end of the hall and a newer huge master suite w/ large loft that the owner used as her office. The house being used as short-term rental, all rooms are furnished with beds and the house sleeps 16 guests very comfortably. The entry is through a mudroom that opens into a large open kitchen & living area with a fireplace, and a dining area. A staircase down from the deck leads to the expansive, flat backyard and the guest unit below the main level. The community provides 24-hour patrol and a wide array of activities, including a golf course, tennis courts, a rec room, clubhouse, swimming pool, equestrian center, fishing in a small lake, archery, hiking, and mountain biking. |
